Meet our Experienced Leadership
Sarah Suman Abraham is a highly accomplished strategist and corporate affairs leader with over 25 years of extensive experience across public relations, government liaison, corporate communications, business development, and strategic management. Her career spans influential leadership roles where she has partnered with top executives to shape organizational vision, drive strategic initiatives, and enhance institutional credibility. As President of Corporate Affairs at Mythri Aviation and later President at Manah Group, she played a pivotal role in guiding investments, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and supporting high-level decision-making.
Her impactful tenure at the Wockhardt Foundation showcased her ability to lead large-scale national programs in healthcare, digitization, education, and Swachh Bharat initiatives across more than 20 states, working closely with ministries, regulatory bodies, and international agencies. With earlier leadership roles at Big Dutchman International GmbH and S.N. Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., she has built deep expertise in administration, HR management, operations, and organizational governance. Renowned for her diplomacy, strategic foresight, and execution excellence, Mrs. Abraham continues to be a respected voice in corporate strategy and public affairs.
Capt. Challa Ashwani Kumar Reddy is a distinguished aerospace professional with over four decades of experience across military and commercial aviation. A Qualified Flying Instructor from the Flight Instructors School, Tambaram, he has played a pivotal role in training and mentoring military aviators, strengthening operational readiness and flight safety standards. He has held key leadership positions including Commanding Officer, Chief Flying Instructor, Examiner, and Chief Pilot during his tenure with the Indian Air Force, where he also contributed to critical operations such as the IPKF mission in Sri Lanka and the Kargil conflict. In commercial aviation, he served as a Senior Commander with Air Sahara, JetLite, and Jet Airways, operating CRJ-200 and Boeing 737 aircraft. He currently serves as Director – Flight Operations and Training at Mythri Aviation Private Ltd.
In addition to his aviation career, Capt. Reddy has been serving as Director of A S Consultants for over a decade, where he plays a central role in overseeing the company’s financial management and contributing to its strategic direction and operational stability. He has logged over 19,200 flying hours, including more than 14,800 hours as Pilot-in-Command, and is a DGCA-approved Examiner on Embraer 170- 190 aircraft, reflecting his continued leadership in aviation excellence.
